If your card is lost or stolen, you must immediately follow the process below within the OKTO app, so we can take urgent action to help prevent fraudulent use of your card and arrange a replacement card to be sent.
1. Log in to your OKTO app
2. Tap on the ‘Cards & Bank Accounts’ icon in the footer bar.
3. Select ‘OKTO Card’
4. Tap on the ‘Prepaid physical card’
5. Go to ‘Settings’ and then ‘Report Stolen / Lost’.
6. Choose the option ‘Card Stolen’ or ‘Card Lost’ based on what applies to your case.
Through this action, you declare your current card as stolen or lost and subsequently, you could proceed on reissuing a new one.
