You can transfer funds from/to your OKTO account, by sending/receiving money to other OKTO customers instantly. The process is fast and super simple.

Send Money
You can send money to another OKTO user’s account instantly.

1. Log in to your OKTO account
2. Select ‘Send & Request’ from the home screen, and then
3. Go to the ‘Send’ section

In case it is the first time you are using P2P transfer, allow the OKTO app to access your Contacts.

4. Scroll down or type your friend’s name
5. Type or select the transferred amount and proceed with the payment.

Once the money is transferred, the sender’s available balance decreases instantly. The recipient gets notified immediately that the payment has arrived and their balance increases.

Request Money
You can also request funds from other OKTO users.

1. Log in to your OKTO account
2. Select ‘Send & Request’ from the home screen, and then
3. Go to the ‘Request’ section
4. By tapping on the request button, you will show the contacts of yours who also have an OKTO account

In case it is the first time you are using P2P transfer, allow the OKTO app to access your Contacts.

5. Scroll down or type your friend’s name
6. Type or select the transferred amount and add optionally a comment
Tap on the ‘Submit’ button and your request will be processed. The user will receive a request for the specified amount.

Once the funds are transferred, the sender’s available balance decreases instantly. The recipient gets notified immediately that the payment has arrived and their balance increases.
