In case you have simply forgotten your password, you can reset it by selecting the ‘Forgot Password’ option, following the instructions below:

1. Insert the email account you used during your registration.
2. Select the ‘Send’ button.
3. Enter the 4-digit OTP code we have sent to your email and press the ‘OK’ button
4. Set up your new password and type it twice.
5. In case you see a message indicating that your new password is not strong enough, try mixing up together uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
6. Select ‘Finish’
7. Log in.

When you set up your new password, log into your account by inserting your email and new password and you’re ready to start using OKTO.
