For a higher level of features and an enriched mobile wallet experience, you can upgrade your OKTO account for free from level 1 (Standard) to level 2 (Premium). Upgrading to Premium requires the submission of a document that verifies the address you reside permanently. The accepted documents are utility bill (electricity, gas, water), telecom bill for landline or satellite tv, bank account statement, tax assessment. The proof of address documents should not be older than 3 months. Kindly note that It is required to submit a clear copy of your proof of address verification in the format of PDF files or instant photos. We do not accept submitted print screens or photos of a screen as valid verification documents.  Besides the proof of address for level 2 verification, it is needed to respond to some brief questions such as occupation status, account purpose, etc. by submitting Questionnaire A.
